Website Add-On – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Add-on Services

Website add-ons refer to additional services requested outside the original website design package. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Additional pages
• New sections or design elements
• Landing pages
• Banners, pop-ups, or call-to-action sections
• Minor feature enhancements
• Basic website functionality additions

Add-ons generally relate to standard website design or content features and do not include complex development work or advanced system integrations.

2. Complex Integrations and Custom Development

Requests involving third-party platforms, external systems, custom functionality, or advanced integrations may require additional development work.

Examples may include integrations with:

• Email marketing systems
• CRM platforms
• Booking or reservation systems
• Payment gateways
• External APIs or custom software

Such requests will be reviewed and quoted separately if they fall outside the scope of standard website add-on services.

3. Approval Before Work Begins

No add-on work will begin until the scope of the request and the associated fee has been confirmed with the client.

Confirmation via email, proposal approval, or invoice acceptance will be considered sufficient authorisation to proceed.

4. Payment Terms

Add-on services are typically billed in advance or alongside the next invoice, depending on the nature of the request.

SMBL Digital reserves the right to request full payment before starting add-on work, particularly for new page builds or larger changes.

5. Impact on Project Timeline

Add-on requests may affect the overall project timeline or delivery schedule. Where additional work is requested during an ongoing project, SMBL Digital may adjust the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Scope Limitations

Add-on services cover only the specific work agreed at the time of confirmation. Any further changes or additional requests outside the agreed add-on scope may require a new quotation.

7. Completion of Add-on Work

Once the agreed add-on work has been completed and delivered, any further modifications or updates may be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
